Make the Market unviewable by guests

I've heard this suggestion has already been denied in the past, if this is true, please close this thread.

This suggestion was inspired by Louis' suggestion with market bans.
This will prevent lurkers who scam, and will go hand-in-hand with Louis' suggestion if that gets accepted.

Louis' suggestion: "Instead of fully banning scammers, ban them from the market and allow them access to the rest of Sythe"
