By sending pictures do you mean you made a scammer report on Sythe? If so and it was denied, I don't think there's anyway of getting your money back unless you have sufficient proof.

 

not going to lie to ya bud, looks like you got scammed. from my knowledge if he claimed the payments he made were unauthorized and he sent them from a vpn address, then yea there's no way you'll be able to retrieve your money.

next time, if a deal seems too good to be true, don't do it.

Paypal would be a lot less of a bullsh*t service if they were fair to both seller and sender. But always siding with the sender gives me one more reason to despise them.

Escrow services are becoming popular with these trade sites.

I only wish there was a way you could get the guy back...

PayPal really don't side with the sender more than the receiver. The only do so in the case of virtual goods as PayPal does not condone the sale of virtual items and therefore the receiver can give no valid proof if delivering the item.

 

That's why you don't fuck with them niggas. Half the people outside of the few well-known traders will scam you at any chance they get.

 

You've been scammed mate, I don't think it's worth the effort to try and get the money back because it will be next to impossible. Unfortunately there are a lot of scammers on here. I wouldn't trade with anyone who doesn't have a good reputation and isn't well known.

 

I'm really sorry about your loss, but you won't be able to get your money back. Even if you explain the situation and show proof of the trade, PayPal don't offer any support over virtual transactions. In the future, deals that seem too good to be true are almost always from scammers. PayPal also don't provide any support at all, so try using a Payment Method that can't cause the money to be disputed (Such as MoneyPak, Western Union, Mail, Liberty Reserve or PlayerAuctions.)

Sorry about your losses mate. It happened to me once and my PayPal account got to negative balance.
