Make rare/legendary pokemon minis only obtainable through special occassions

Tittle basically says it all. Please make it so rare/legendary pokemon miniranks are only obtainable through special occassions such as events.

Besides that make it so Pokemon minis are worth 1 Sythegold or Sythegold will be worthless in no time if it is based off of a random chance when posting.

Easily support this. Although I don't care about mini ranks or Sythe gold, if you want Sythe gold to have value you need to make it so the Pokemon mini's are worth something.

Legendary doesn't necessarily mean rare. I think we should be more specific on what is legendary and what is rare. In my opinion, pokemon categorized as legendary pokemon should just be hard to obtain (low prizebox odds) whilst pokemon categorized as rare should be, as their name states, rare or in other words, obtainable only within a certain period of time, event, etc.

 

I don't agree, I think this is a case of someone trying to keep what is special to them and not share it

 

No? They're just like any other mini. Just because you happen to have a handful of them doesn't mean you should try to make them exclusive.

 

No support op needs to stop being selfish and start thinking as a pr leader. We're trying to increase activity throught the forums, a great incentive has now been put in place, let's not take 2 steps backwards before we've even began.

I dont mind other pokemon miniranks than the one I got be classified as 'rare' and thus not be given away by posting. If we do not give away a certain amount of miniranks we will give people incentive to participate in events which hand them out (basically how the real pokemon games do it as well).

 

Part of the thrill when posting is the slight chance of getting a legendary pokemon. If there are no "rare" pokemon achieved when posting, then the thrill of posting essentially gets depleted a considerable amount. That's the reason I don't support.

I feel like the legendaries should be pretty hard to obtain, otherwise they wouldn't be any different then a regular pokemon mini. I like your idea.
