individual feedback suggestion

I propose individual feedback is moderated by someone OTHER than the person receiving said feedback. Like Roary cant/doesnt moderate Roarys feedback (just an example).

This is to prevent harder questions and constructive criticism from being deleted. Which happens ALL the fucking time. Without being petty and naming names Im sure we can all think of an example where there was some less than positive feedback being deleted. If the one subject to feedback can just delete all the negative feedback then the entire system is fucking useless. Its not all "atta' boys" and "you're awesome" for a reason .

 

I think something along the lines of this was suggested before. I've got nothing against it.

 

This is kind of pointless. Legitimate, constructive negative feedback won't be deleted.
