Make me a server PLEASE

Im looking for someone to make me a silab server and make me owner and have for starting things::: D long,rune platebody, black d'hide chaps, black boots, rune defender, dragon med helm, no ring, amulet of fury, no arrow, no cape, any type of gloves. ::starter will have 400m(money), 20k manta rays, 20k ALL runes, ancients staff, dds, d scimmy, 1m rune arrows, dark bow, full wizard robes (g), ::training to have king black dragons, women barbarians, and moss giants lvl 42 with a bank in begining left corner, put in the GSminigame, have ::drags have steel dragons bronze dragons and skeletal dragons. For the Pking put in Pkbox and PkTeams. Shops contain: Put in The Combat Trainer lvl 146 , Make him sell full dragon 3 mil for each piece. Make a random Magic person with all runes 300gp each rune and All staffs 2k for reg water air tpyes of staffs, 5mil for ancients and sara and zammy and guthix. Make Gerrant sell full Gilded 5mil each piece, Make the Bandit Seller Sell Meat Tenduriser 30mil, Bandos Godsword 50mil, Zammy God Sword 50 mil, Sara Godsword 45mil.

Make Hans Sell All The party hats and santa hats 3mil each ..and Bunny ears 5 mil
Make Lowe sell 50k Rune Arrows 500 gp each arrow, Crystal bow 5mil, Dark bow 4mil
Exp for all stats are 1000x normal exp. And each stat goes to 200.





Anything else you want to add to it that will make it a little better...please do......IM REALLY HOPING SOMEONE WILL MAKE ME IT.
