Hi guys, if anyone wants to make a fast 10$ please help me change my Neteller non-gambling funds to Neteller gambling funds.

Last year U simply had to send the funds to a different neteller account then receive them back, and they can be used as gambling funds. If this still works, then all I need is someone who has a neteller account and trusted, I will send him 300$ neteller and he will send back 290, simple as that....

If the above method no longer works,then I am also looking for an advice to make this work
