All depends on how you want to market your business. If you're saying you will save a family's time all year long, then that's fine. However, if you're competing with other businesses with your added value being the quality of your work, advertising in your name that you can do everything all year long is not the best strategy. People that search for quality usually hire the best for a specific task, rather than someone that does everything.
Richard is right when he says that you should include what you do/region in your business name if you're staying local. Advertising for your region only is not a bad thing, and can be very profitable. The more you target who you will sell to, the more it will be easy & fast to establish your brand in the market.
For these types of businesses, it is usually best to have a description of what your business does, directly in your name. As for the slogan and the way you advertise your business, focus on one thing and one thing only. Don't put everything together like : all year long, saves time, quality, cheap, etc. Either focus on quality, on time, on the price, or something else. You will become the reference in that category.
Didn't have much time, but hopefully it helps a bit. Goodluck!
