Hmm I think I know how does this guide work..
It's just : get karamja gloves 1, go to varrock (25 mage as said needed) and buy 268k fire runes at 9gp ea, go to thzaar cave and sell em for 1 thzaar token ea, after u sell all u have 268k tokkens and u can buy uncut onyx for it, buy it and then sell onyx for 3,2mln~

 

That means that if you played 24/7 for 9 days you would have reached 295Million with my calculator...

I made a bot that does it for me and ya it took a little bit longer i was just rounding it off. I made a lot fighting mithril dragons also. I got a dragon full helm from a drop once
