You can receive it via an unverified paypal account with fake information, anyone can make one.

 

Edit: This guide is awful do not buy. It is a 28 word guide that gives you no information, and is a rip off in my opinion. This guide is extremely basic and I would highly advise NOT BUYING.

This does work assuming the first person to buy it (me in this case) doesn't tell the truth about it. The truth is, this guide is 100% not worth it, and as I've said before it is 28 words, and extremely basic. I recommend not buying.
