Will I get banned?

I really want to buy 1B, but im scared that im going to get banned. I have a very old, very high level account; will that help my chances of it going unnoticed?

What would be the most secure way to do this type of transaction?
Although I hear Jagex is cracking down hardcore recently, is that true?

EDIT: I realize now this type of thread is against the rules apparently, so I'll change my question to "How is the RWT scene going right now, and are many people being caught recently?". I think that complies to the rules a little more nicely.

 

Just be really smart about it, and you'll be fine. Buying the GP, use the duel arena & and transfer it between numerous accounts before getting it on your main...if you do that, you're good tbh. But yeah, to answer your general question, they are getting much better at detecting RWT. If you do what I said above, you're fine though - my friend has bought bills and is untouched

 

To be honest, it's all down to how clever you are about the trade. If you just straight up pay for it then get given it in a single trade you'll look obvious. I'd recommend going into the duel arena or pretending to host a frosty flowers game or something.

Alright, I'm pretty confident that I wont get caught (and it seems like most people really dont). I mean how can they really tell apart from situational trades and RWT's you know? Im sure they can usually assume but it seems like your more likely to get caught selling billions than buying them (although I could be wrong about that).

 

It's really just trying to mask the trade under something which looks legitimate. A duel should be good enough for it because so much cash is exchanged via the duel arena that it'd be such a minuscule chance of being caught.

 

There's many ways of transferring gold now with the update's Jagex have given us it's just being sly about it as other's have said the duel arena method is always a good way to be buying/xfering there has been a few case's of rollback's though recently so keep an eye out.
