Selling flat 70 nmz alt/staker

Selling my side project that I don't need anymore and can now use to fund my main.
I'm the OO, account hasn't been botted with and the buyer will get the email with the account, also no recoveries set and only one password since creation.
Account has 9 days of membership as of the 9th of January 2018.

I only want OSRS gp for it, because that makes everything easier for me, and I'm not hoping for a lot.
