    Ok, I'm buying something in the black market, and can't find out what postage to send :S

    It's going from Pennsylvania, USA to Ottawa, Canada. I'm using the United States Postal Service. I'm not sure if this is international. Could someone tell me the correct postage to use for this letter?

    I think anything under a 1 oz letter is 69 cents flat postage to mail to Canada.
