Anyone Live in Miami? Have a few questions.

I'm just curious how it is living in Miami? I'm wanting to move some to a place with no snow I use to love it but as I'm getting older I'm getting real tired of it. California is out of the question. How's to Colleges over in Miami? I'm looking to use my Gi Bill for college if i move over there for some Criminal Justice/Criminology. I'm 21, single with no kids and I've been looking at condos over there ones for like $1500 a month anyone suggest any good ones for me to look into? I did a little looking at Terrazas but that's it. I'm also curious i see all these condo pictures with furniture already in them does that mean that they already come with furniture? Or is that just for the picture looks?
