Great idea, but that does nearly double the amount of time it takes. I guess that's what it takes to profit :/ Good thing I already have 99 magic XD

 

You really didn't read the guide then.
It takes no extra time to do it if you time it right, you maybe lose 2-5k/exp per hour.
That's not that much because you end up making 120k in 5 minutes of work during alching. That's a good profit during alching.

Great guide, would you say i should just buy maples and nats, or what would you recommend as far as the alching?

 

I recommend maple longbows for f2p, and maple longbows (u) for p2p.
Btw, I have a better version of this that makes you 200k/hr while alching

there is also a free script that picks up these robes and alchs them, which is real good as it costs you nothing and will probably make you some money; if prices are right
