Magic Arrow - Scammed off 3 bucks

Ya this guy states that he sells 2 pins and he wants 3 dollars to him his paypal email:[email protected]. And after payment he suddenly says that his paypal email is negative and he wants me to send him 3 dollars more.

Also he uses an modded msn with plugin that can makes you with you're name say something when it isnt you typing it. Alike Messenger Discovery when you can type !imitate.
