Flipping High Priced Items

I just flipped a Torva Full helm, bought for 200.9M and sold for 205M in a matter of an hour. Does anyone else flip high priced items and which items?

 

Well idk if you would consider these "High Priced" but one of my friends was flipping some ranger boots, he bought a pair at like 17mil and sold for 22mil, I guess they're crashing. Besides that, I bet you could flip Arcanes or Spectrals pretty well, but idk.

 

Yes, "high value" items such as the two higher spirit shields, nex armor, 3a, lower rares, phats...switch between those depending on margins.

 

I use to flip party hats for 20-30m profit each flip.

I'm not sure on the current prices of rares, but rare flipping = best flipping.

 

Flipping rares makes a good profit.

 

Santa's and green h'ween masks are great to flip. You can buy them cheap using the GE, and sell in w2.

 

I'll try some Rare flipping then. I was watching Santa's today and the asking price dropped from 148M to 136-138M so I wasn't feeling too confident flipping them.

 

I'll start flipping when I reach 500m lol. But I should start off with 2 santas maybe.

 

I wouldn't recommend flipping santas/h'weens. F2p have access to those as well and so you have more competition.

 

There are very few f2p people who can afford rares.
All rare items are obtainable and tradeable by f2p's.

If you have the money, go for merching rares.. Good luck!

 

People can transfer to f2p mules to make more from flipping them though. This works for hats too, but with santas/masks it's a bigger chance it'll happen.

 

How well does Pernix items work?

 

I've never tried it, but I wouldn't go near armours with that much money (Just my opinion)

Stick to Santa's / Purples.

Flipping santas from August to Christmas makes excellent profits.

 

I flip torva/phats once and a while.

 

I've noticed a trend in this too.

 

Does anyone know of some items to flip with 80m? I've gained about 10m in the last week with a lot of effort flipping whips but I'm sure there's something a lot better than those, right?

Maybe try some mid lvl equips like bandos or armadyl?
Maybe BGS or SS.
