Mage level question..

i have 40 att, 60 str 40 range 49 hp,

whats the max mage lvl i could get without raising cmb lvl?

 

You can get to level 69 magic without raising combat.
that is if you Splash/Alch/Teleport, so you gain no Hitpoint levels.

Curse on zammy monk in varrocks castle. You can curse/teleport till 55 After that do high alchemy.
