#1 You offered 3.9b then offered 3.7b.. You were offering Spencer back the 2b deposit from the worker and his OWED 1.7b of incomplete services, so yes you were only offering 2b back. All this is visible here as well..

#2 You tried to manipulate him into accepting that offer and saying he only was going to receive back 700m from his incomplete service payment trying to scam him and actually profit off this still. Which has been proven in this thread. You were sure before that it was your worker and now that we don't accept your BS manipulative grimy offer you want to say its a hacker. What a joke.

#3 You stating that you had to wait for Spencer when it was you all making excuses day after day when we could of easily handled this prior and got an offer from you prior to a few days ago which can be found here. You knew he was busy and was going on a trip, he didn't plan to get scammed and had already known he was going on this trip months in advance as its a convention. You all avoided the fact he placed me in charge of this for him while he was gone in hopes that you could manipulate him via a voice call to accepting the garbage offer given. You also had a redacted... were waiting on staff, delaying to speak to spencer, and "discussing it internally" . I made multiple attempts over the course of 5 days to solve this and you all avoided it trying to buy as much time as possible.






#4 You are claiming it's your ticket systems fault and saying I myself had those vulnerabilities but I'm not the one claiming that's the issue and it was a "hack" never have I and I have yet to see another provider, gold seller, or account seller try to claim this nonsense. #6 Saying you shouldn't protect against common sense is absurd , if your workers had thought it was an issue or you thought it was an issue it should of been addressed before the account was cleaned. Just accept the fact your workers scammed him and it's your job to fix it.

Please understand that he's been manipulative , attempted to scam the worker for an extra 700m on the repayment, avoided the topic for days trying to find ways to avoid the entire thing, actively lied here on the thread which can be found above, is claiming he uses a faulty ticket system which isn't "new" knowledge if so, claimed he was paying out of pocket but was offering 2b from the workers deposit plus attempting to use spencers unfinished service payment to pay workers to complete this order while claiming "the XP gained in other useless skills" would come out of that said payment... He has openly lied about Spencer not being active enough, hes tried to say spencer was playing runescape last weekend while he was "supposed to be away" even though they had both his runelite logs which shows he wasn't online, and he's not given back the 1.7b thats owed to Spencer from his unfinished work. He hasn't done anything but blame every other possible option under the sun for his workers scam.

Moving forward I will not reply again until staff does as this is already far too much nonsense for them to go over..

What we want is the following:

#1 His 1.7b GP back at the value spencer paid for it paid in BTC/ETH/BNB. Since Spencer purchased this gold specifically for this service then it should be paid back in said amount spent. There has been disputes in the past where this has been the resolution so we would like that to be the case here since we will probably pay the next service provider in crypto. Spencer can comment below with what that cost per mill was.

#2 We do not want them or their manipulate scamming team to touch his 2230+ IronMan again as they would probably just get it banned to avoid doing any of the work.

#3 We will want to go and get quotes from some of the top providers in the industry to see how much it would cost to fix this issue fully but will still go for the list we offered them prior as a fix..

We would also like a DNT added to BOTH Exxistential and Zuku until the 1700m is returned because as of now that is incomplete service payments and has not been returned! They are holding it hostage, we would also like the workers 2b deposit now until staff can work out a plausible amount based off other providers quotes. We do not want to give them a chance to scamquit so we urge that both of these have been given to the victim of this. They have both lied to Spencer and myself + Staff. They are manipulative and tried to scam + profit more from the client and are attempting to negate consequences for their security issues with their employees, ticket system, and poor managment.

I will be making a violation report shortly to go over all of this and based off past disputes that issued DNT's this more than covers all of it.

You will regret being like this to a loyal client and openly manipulating and lying to staff / the community.

Such a waste of time and energy when all you had to do was make it right, he was asking for the bare minimum back but you're such a weak spineless broke group of people that you couldn't #1 afford to make it right and #2 so used to ripping people off and scamming that chances are this isn't the only thing that's been attempted to be buried.

And I'm asking that Mafioso provides timestamped proof of deposits from their workers. I'm not sure why a worker would need to deposit 2b for access to an account without the pin. Seems fishy to me and they ignored us when asking proof of this before.

I believe their other worker that had access to my bank had a 4b deposit. So that would only be twice as much as the worker without bank access. Doesn't add up to me.

The 700m offer was due to a misunderstanding. I already addressed it, WITH PROOF. The calculations were in Spencer's ticket..

We offered 2b back from deposit, 200m back from Eslam's unpaid logs, and a refund for the remaining work, rounded up.

We did not "try to convince him to take 700m to scam him", we were in negotiations, and neither of you corrected the amount.
Had you said on discord "Hey, wait, it was more than 700m man" it would've been caught before you brought it here. You didn't.

You're straight up taking things out of context now. We didn't claim to use a faulty ticket system. Every server can have it's hidden channels viewed using Better Discord, a plugin, a selfbot, or an exploit on the main client. This is extremely common knowledge. I was jesting at the fact that you are trying to pin an exploit that ALL DISCORD SERVERS are vulnerable to on US SPECIFICALLY.

These accusations grow more and more ludicrous as time goes on. It's clear you are skimming conversations and looking for anything you can manipulate.

 

First you said it was your worker and offered to get a small amount of my items back

Then you "rescinded" your offer but in reality we declined your offer and took to Sythe, your story changed and then blamed Discord's vulnerability, something that you're very aware of but yet still choose to use. Why hasn't anyone else complained about this being an issue? If you really believe this is the cause of the hack, you're still at fault since you choose to use this ticketing system knowing that Discord is vulnerable.
