Explanation of the trade: you give them money, they ruin your account build and blame you
How they scammed: they are faking their feedback channel, which @Red Fox caught a ban for earlier this week.

I saw this thread (which was closed because it was about MyPvM, who has likely paid every staff member on the team at this point in time): not a scam

It reminded me of this thread from earlier in the week:
Red fox/Aory services fake feedback on discord

So it's allowed to delete any and all negative feedback in your Discord server, but illegal to leave feedback from an actual customer (apparently you need to check that every feedback posted is real?)

Both situations are faking what your feedback will actually look like. There is no difference.

Regarding the validity of the screenshots, I investigated myself and retrieved the transcript from said user, who was more than happy to provide it when they got banned for asking why they aren't allowed to leave any negative feedback.

I understand what you're saying, but sadly you did forget to say the account was a 42def only. And not all people have knowledge about pking pure accounts. He was just helping you out by levelling defence that was low compared to to attack/strenght.

I know it sucks, but yeh.. not everyone is into account builds
I wouldn't say the account is ruined, 1 defence level will probably not affect any combat level
Or am I wrong?

Yeh for sure, it was just lack of communication between both parties
But many people are not aware of how pking build accounts work
thats why we always add a note to every order
