timph scammer?

reason: possible scammer.

Adds me saying hes selling amazon account with 120$ balance.
Assuming this is his post: http://www.sythe.org/gift-card-market/1871335-wts-amazon-account-gift-card-balance-120-00-a.html
He goes on to offer going first after a long discussion, refusing MM and such.
Says he wants payment right after I place order. Now if you're not familiar you can actually cancel amazon orders up until they are shipped, and his excuse for not waiting until they are shipped is that he just wants the money right away.

Pretty sure he scammed a few people doing this in the past..
