    Not really tbh.

    A mere super defense potion would boost your stats almost as much as an overload would in the same situation.

    Overloads or extremes can not be used for PVP at all, staking or pking. They can be used in friendly duels thats it lol. Only really good for PVM

    Only extreme prayers can be used in PvP I believe. But tbh, only reason to get overloads is to boss a lot. That way you don't need restores to regain the levels.
