Defense-3GP/EXP

Magic-3GP/EXP
Hunting-4GP/EXP [Must have over 40 hit points, hunting monsters do damage]
Prayer-5gp/EXP [You supply the bones, I will use gilded altar- FAST EXP!]
Note on prayer: Please do not provide exact bones for gilded altar- 2 burners- I am bound to mess up atleast 5 per 300. So if you need 350 please buy 365 or so. Thank you!

[size=+2] THE FOOD YOU NEED![/size]
Anything that heals over 10 is needed, I recommend lobsters.

[size=+2] NOTE- You supply everything, member status is recommended but not required.[/size]

Member status is recommended because I can train faster with Rock Crabs, and/or fire giants.

[Size=+2] The equipment needed![/size]

Amulet- Strength Amulet, Power amulet, or Glory amulet ONLY!

Ring- Not required


Melee- I will train from 1-X. Training from anything, if you have 60+ attack, You must atleast provide me with a dragon long. Dragon scimitar recommended.
Melee shields- Anything is allowed, please use a kite or prayer book though. Whatever shield it may be. YOU MUST PROVIDE A SHIELD!

Range- I will train from 1-X. I will only train with iron arrows and above, bronze arrows are too low hitting. Chinchompas are becoming more popular, these MAY Be used
Range shields(if using cbow)- Prayer book or kite your level Please. Not required.

Magic- Will train from 1-X. Any kind of magic robe, Mystic is recommended, good magic attack bonus. Alching is very popular, I am sorry but I will not be training magic that way, although I will be now be training magic with the new method of Body rune spells and Soul rune spells. I will still be doing standard magic.
Magic shields- Prayer book, Mage book. NOT REQUIRED.

I will now train with iron knives, must use a range shield designated.

Every 300k worth of melee training I do, I will supply 100 lobsters, the lobsters may only be obtained once per training.
Every 300k worth of range training I do, you will get 500 Iron arrows supplied to you
Every 300k worth of magic training I do, you will get 750 fire runes
