    Is there any type of gift card/voucher you can buy with cash which allows you to make payments on-line or preferably transfer money to paypal?

    I've just looked and it is not available in the UK. I can't find Wallie cards anywhere either.

    Could you please give me some advice about other pre-paid type cards? Such as microsoft points etc. Which sell easiest and are most in demand on these forums?

    Yeah, moneypaks are only available in the US and can only be used on US accounts I think
