Macro Express 3..Updated?

I used to use macro express to switch my prayers i had it set for when i press my middle mouse button it pressed F6 so i can k0 people in bh.. now its useless.. i also made a auto alcher with it and got from 70-96 mage and it used the f-x keys to scroll threw now it doenst work?? did rs update this how do i get around it =/
