Buying a runescape account

When you buy a runescape account, if theres no registered email does that make it safe to buy? Or does it not really matter either way and the original owner can still recover?

as long as the seller knows the information about the account(registration date, country, isp, etc), it will always be recoverable.

Everyone has already said it in terms of buying an account. Can always be recovered of course. So you can't feel totally safe. Some sellers have great reviews in terms of account sales but if they ever felt like recovering, they could.

My recommendation would be to make your own account and then pay a reputable service provider to level it for you kinda thing.

 

If you want to feel as safe as possible knowing your account cannot be recovered i would always suggest creating your own for that peace of mind. This doesnt protect you from being hacked though

 

I recently recovered an old username login account. All I put was a few minute details and got it back.

 

As others have previously said, OO can always recover it given that they know the info and are still connected to the IP associated with the acc

Knowing this, i would probably only buy from people i trust fully

 

Yeah there is really no safe way of buying an account. I'd suggest you make one of your own and hire someone to get the stats for you. Much safer.
