Ikov Trader7 - IP Check

As seen in this report, Lindsay was posting on all NR threads trying to buy so he could report them to NR:

Oddly enough, Ikov Trader7 is doing the same thing but with Ikov (at least with the posting on the threads, not sure if he's reporting them to Ikov):

And they have an IP match, which i'm not sure whether or not it's a home IP-

However, Lindsay has not been active on sythe since 2/23 and Ikov Trader7 was registered 2 days later, leading me to believe he ditched the Lindsay profile believing it would be banned since he publicly reported people to NR, and went on to his new profile (Ikov Trader7).

Even if the IP match is not a direct home IP match I feel the rest still suggests they are the same person.
