Is fake logs still possible?

Came a few across obscure vids on YouTube where people fake log and do not get aggro’d by mobsters. Is that stillpossible? Is someone selling info on how to recreate that?

 

No, they engine patched nifl/fake log after a certain mentally challenged youtuber showcased how the base mechanic worked in a yt vid a year or 2 back. nifl/fl worked because race conditions with antilog/unprocessed stuff in your queue could get the game engine stuck unable to fully log you out. The game engine now has the ability to ignore things such as antilog if it deems you should be logged out though.
