    Mac or Windows?

In partially, family's computer have a little of issues at the moment. We are might going to buying a iMac. Do you think it's valuable to using the computer? It's will be working RSbot.net and other bots companies on iMac? League of Legends on iMac? Willing it be work? I'm actually not sure if it's able to working the gaming on iMac... Most of the time, i'll be use like as assignment, homework and etc. Just wondering if iMac is going to be work for bots or not?

iMac or Windows, with a why.

    Thanks.

There's a tech forum just down a little.

Personally if you plan on gaming in any sort I'd go with a windows PC.
MACs are good and all, but face it gaming on them isn't the best(compatibility issues)

Should, I've never ran bots on a mac, but I would assume they'd run.
Whoever made the bots should say somewhere if it would run.

    Mac or Windows?

I personally am a huge Steve Jobs Fanboy and i just love the elegance and precision about the newest series of iMacs. And on the botting front i've never really botted but my friend has the same iMac as me and he runs a small goldfarm and sells on powerbot. He says it works fine.

    Macs ftw :)

Windows if you want to run a lot of bots and have a low budget because you can buy a £350 pc here that will run 6+ bots where as the cheapest apple pc is like £600 or so.

Everyone but one person in this thread said to go with windows. If I were you, I would take their advice and definitely go with windows. Mac is overpriced trash.

While in most sense it is trash, macbooks are the only good product from apple(besides maybe ipods/iphones i love my ipod :p).

I honestly don't see the appeal, they are soo expensive for pretty crappy specs. I agree with the iphone/ipod comment though, I love my ipod touch too

They have amazing battery life, look very nice, specs aren't too bad(not like you need them to be top of the line in a laptop). That's the appeal. :p

    Mac or Windows?

Every product Apple has can be had with Windows for a fraction of the price with more compatibility and better specifications.

just another 2 cents, macs look sweet but you're mainly paying for aesthetics / Apple branding.

Bots DO run on a mac - I have an iMac myself and it runs bots fine. It also runs runescape fine. However, most CD/downloadable games only run for windows, so take that into consideration when buying.
