Once Unknown is a Scammer

Briefly explain the trade: I was scammed out of 24 bucks from a member here. It's not alot of money but the guy is trying to do the same scam to other people here and that's not right.

I posted a new topic in the scammed thread but I guess I did it wrong. I have the skype chat logs, what else should I be uploading?

I wanted to buy coins for FUT, so being new I was willing to go first. He did not want to do paypal so he asked me to buy a gift card from Amazon and send it to his email, which I did. When it went through, he said there was an error and he didn't get it, and that I needed to resend. Like an idiot, I did, and he promptly removed me from Skype.

Like I said before, I'm not sweating the 24 bucks, but I do hope something is done so he can't do this to anyone else.

How they scammed: He had me send him a gift card electronically to his email for 12 dollars, which I did. He then claimed that he never received the money, and that I needed to hit resend, which I did. He then disappeared.

Sorry it took awhile to get to this, I got wrapped up in a few other things. I'm really sorry for your loss as well, I know it isn't a ton of cash but people can be so deceiving sometimes, it is quite sad.

Anyways, I've banned him. Hopefully he hasn't done this to anybody else.
