He recently sold me a rs3 account for 90m rs3 gp and here's the pic proof of him saying he's original owner of the account also saying he has 0 intentions of recovering the account but yet he did. pls ban this nerd.

Skype confirmed being him. Banned unless he recovers the account back for you (assuming it's locked because he requested it as such and is scamming, not because Jagex locked it because of suspicious behavior).
