Can i get gifts?

2. what is different between:
gift and gift + notes?

2. Gift + Notes means that there is more assurence the 'giver' is in control of the account.

Yeah, when someone pays you make them put in the note something like "paying for an item I have already recieved". It makes it much harder for them to recall their money that way if they attempted to scam you.
