Starting with this.

Report was closed because Marymkai was too lazy to obtain the last part of the evidence, however..

A few months after this he traded an Eoc account for 150$ as seen here -

However the only EOC account he listed for sale was this (s/o Bleuskittle)-

Which he was asking 20$ for, so obviously it didn't sell for 150$.

It seems to me he re-sold the account he recovered from Itsmarymkai to the user Morris321.

Also consider the fact that he participated in the trade using his alt profile "Cakezz" when he had a 100$ donator with multiple vouches which he also had access to/used at this time. It seems to me this was intentional so that if he were to be caught scamming he wouldn't lose his main sythe profile.
