Scammed by Demonic

Explanation of the trade: I talked to Demonic and he agreed to trade his 300m Runescape EoC for my 20m Runescape 07 gold. We agreed to do three trades of 6.6m 07/ 100m EoC at a time and after I gave him 6.6m he did not pay me my EoC gold.

How they scammed: After I got scammed for the 6.6m 07, about an hour later, his account was banned for ban evasion. I was unaware of this as he was highly vouched and trusted which gave me every right to believe he was legit. He essentially took my 6.6m 07 then ignored me in-game and on Skype and never paid my 100m EoC.

HE WAS NOT BANNED DURING THE TRANSACTION. I hope to get this money back as soon as possible. Not sure what exactly happened with Demonic, however, it would be greatly appreciated if I am refunded.
