Trading lvl 101 RUNE MINER and 95 with 2 99 skills

Hey all
i have 2 accounts im trading one is a lvl 101 rune miner and the other is a lvl 95 with 99 cooking and fletching and 90 wc.
The 101 has 86 mining, 94 fletching and about 1.3m cash and still has 15 days membership.
I can meet in game to verify.

The lvl 95 has a high total lvl and has 99 cooking and fletching and 90 wc. It only has around 200k.

I am looking for a high level main around 115+ with some cash.
I will not go first at all. We can use an official middleman if you want but you pay fees. Other than that you go first.
