Short guide on how to make a def pure

So you want to make a def pure huh? Well your gonna have to put effort in it. It's not like pure you can go evry then and then to pk. You gotta train. Alot.

Since defence pures usual max hit is 1 (and should remain) the exp is very slow, and after 60 defence can take up to 2 lvls a day, only. Depends on how much you play. You may be thinking "Oh 0wn, my mom only lets me play 3 hours a day, i could never dedicate all off my free time on this junk account is this really possible? Or have you been smoking something again?"

Well the answer to both questions is yes. You can train afk, that the jackpot, the magic of defence pures. Although because of random events, we cant risk our lifes when a chicken or a dwarf can pop up and start killing us, while we are out partying or watching tv. However you do, you will need to check on your computer, dont be fooled and leave your account training while you go to sleep for the night! Your account Will log in in Lumbridge.

Now, i assume you have a main or any other account. Also assuming you have atleast 15k.

Create a nice name. Str pures have theyr own names, create a sweet defence pure name. Like "Defil3ds Fan" or "1337 d3f3nc3"

This is what you will need to buy/make.

Iron scimitar - Buy/make atleast 5, theese are the only weapons you will use.
Amulet of power - You may be thinking "Why not defence ammy you fool!" . Well i may be a fool but i know alot about defence pures. Amulet of powers makes you hit more , we don't want to hit stronger, we just want to hit more often.
1 set of each armour - Iron, steel, (skip black, if you although have it, use it) and mithril. Dont go on and buy full addy and rune. Getting 40 def is a pain hitting only 1, you might just give up on your journey. When you have 30 def, congratulations! Give yourself a pat on the back and buy full addy. Dont pay less than 25k for the full set. Noobs want 15-17k for just the plate, ignore theese people.
And just some boots and capes, for extra fancy look.

So you go to tutorial island as normal, stop by the rat pits and get 3 defence.

3 mage is optional,if you want to get 25 mage for teleport. (believe me if you die during autoing its a pain walking).

FINALLY! We are out of tutorial island!

Walk to the monastery and attack a monk. Every world is usually full, if theres to many just hop to another world. Find yourself a good poor monk, and wield your power ammy, full iron and iron scimmy and all other stuff. Just get 2 def lvls so you are 5, wield your full steel. You may want to bring some food, the monks can still hit through your armour. When you finally are 20 defence wield your brand new shiny blue armour. The monks will only hit 0 on you now, 1 every half an hour, but it will recover by then.

Keep going for your goal, when you are 40 defence you should be 17 combat. Buy full zammy and show off and the noobs will keep running after you, you-wannabe-zezima.

People will most say stuff like "omfg finish the monk" , "go away def noob" and call you def noob most often. Defend the defence, tell them to get lost and keep doing what i hope you like best.

Oh and a last tip, if your ever feeling bored and want to chat with some fellow defence pures, go to clan chat and type in "Defil3d", probably the most famous defence pure, 49 combat and 99 defence.

Well i know that, but anyone that know anything about runescape could figure it out. I mean, you know what i mean right? You dont go and buy full zammy just caus i say so lol.

i didnt use ur guide, but my def pure has 40 def lol, and i found a way to get the randoms stuck, just once u see one get it to stand behind the monk, or behind the ladder and u can train for a long long time without it logging out

and also 75 def makes an insane def pure, cuz the d fire shield hits pretty good
