07 - 1 defense, 1 prayer, quested

I can't post screenshots right now. Sorry about making this complicated.

The prayer quests withhold me from getting bears head, desert treasure, mithril gloves, anchor, etc. I would like to know if this account is worth more with or without prayer (and the average price of the account). Slayer is a somewhat notable 40+ and all the other skills have random quest experience rewards, etc. No bans, mutes, or botting.
