I am not 100% sure on what level(s) it would get you because the calculators are off on all sites that I've used and I don't legitly SW's much. But I think over 90 but under 95.

um just tryin to clear things up... from 25 if you used 1.4k zeal you'd finish up with 94 in that skill and 1.5k would get you 95

EDIT: for 99 you'd need just under 2.2k zeals hope this cleared things up.
