PC my account please <3 (high fishing)

I have been going through my accounts that i no longer have a use for after getting 99 cooking, and one of them is an account with a rather high fishing level (98) it is about 400k from 99 fishing, and i deliberately hate standing in the same position for hours on end to get a fishing level. The rest of its skills are pretty low, although they aren't leveled out very well. I think it could be used as a mid-cb level skiller for anyone willing to do the rest.
would you guys recon it would have a much higher value if it was 99, or would that just be a waste of time? thankyou... any responces needed
it has a few members items aswell, although it isn't member currently.
