DC'ing people from RS using IP address!!!

i really really wanna know how its done. i know its possible if your like good with pc's but the thing is... im shit. so i was just wondering if any of you PC pro's knew how it was done just message here if you have like any idea...
its just getting people to disconnect from runescape using their IP address.

uhhh, you would need some sort of packet hacking and sending application. basicly you would capture the packet received when you log out, save the packet, and then send it to your victim's ip address. Why you would do this... i dont know. plus, it is iLLegal.

 

You're all misunderstanding. It is illegal if you're trying to disconnect someone, but I highly doubt anyone here would be capable of any such things.

Either way, you're not going to find out, because anyone here willing to tell you doesn't really know, and the people who do know think you're an idiot.

Would a simple DoS attack to their IP adress not work?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't that the point of a DoS attack?

DoSing is also illegal though, so yeah.

1) Calm the hell down.
2) Sythe isnt just about cheating, theres many forum sections about other things.
3)They're Helping you not Break the LAW. not The RULES.. You Dont just get a ten Day ban when you hack into someones computer.. But Hey, if you wanna do that a serve time behind bars what am i to say anything?

 

As has been stated in the past, we're cheating Jagex not ourselves. This is a community for a reason.

 

It is possible but how would you get everyone's IPs... I mean it's not like you can go "Right click: Examine, ooo IP is xxx.xx.xx.x.x"

there are a million and ten ways to do this, all of which are illeagle, but if you want the EASIEST way (WHICH I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR USE OF IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM THIS IS FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY!!!) you can just DoS attack their computer and voila they lose connection, or if you're too computer illiterate to do that (as you obviously are since you posted such a stupid topic.) you can just spam them with emotes on msn, which will generally lag them enough to DC if you use high enough graphic'd emotes and do enough of them. But then you have the intelligent people like me who don't allow emoticons for that very reason, and if they have a good enough pc, you'll just look stupid.

Point blank this is a bad idea. Don't try it.

I didn't say he was stupid at all, I stated that the thread was stupid. Not the user or the person who posted it, I mah have said he was computer illiterate yes (which he admitted to saying he only does rs and myspace.) and that the thread was stupid. I fail to see where I labeled him as being stupid whatsoever.....

The msn example I used was NOT a real dos attack but it worked on the same principle as a buffer overflow, which would in the end cause their internet to lag and dc the person, though it would cause no true network downtown (and is therefor not a real dos attack at all, and I never said it was in my post, I said it was A WAY TO DC SOMEONE, nothing more.) So I fail to see where I posted something incorrect?

I myself have been lagged out of rs multiple times by someone putting 100+ emotes into a single message. Yet again I re iterate that It is not a Dos attack nor did I say it was, perhaps I should have been clearer in my original post, I told him he could either dos attack the person or if he did not know how them simply spam them with emotes in a single message and it would accomplish his feat. It's call ddosing Distributed denial of service, some call people packet kiddies that do it. To ddos all you need is a botnet, irc server crypt time scanner a Trojan to infect people "bot" and this is against the law. I will not teach you how for free=D. But basically you use the packets from infected persons internet to overload another persons internet. You could use a pbot witch infects php code in a servers kernal to use it's packets =D.
