Lvl 3 veteran/classic cape account and you can choose your own ingame username.

I got a lvl 3 vet account where you can choose your own ingame name due to them freeing a lot of usernames from inactive accounts. So you can get an veteran/classic cape and choose your own login name. This account is from 2003-2004 before runescape beta came out, Its 50 range 10 hitpoints 21 combat on classic. Happy biding

 

so how does that work, you have a log-in username that was freed up so now you have to pick a different display name?

Yeah, you got it right. To the other guy it's like a skill cape it unlocks an emotion when you wear it, you need to be p2p to buy it though.

 

I'd have to see proof that it can actually obtain a Veteran Cape, a MM would be advisable to look at this.

 

If your name was freed up, then it would ask you in game. This is the screen you get when you make a new account. So this account was never played on.

Is there any way you can prove the age of the account?

 

it's about creation date, it has a loggin name not an email that already proves the age of the account. I'll be more than happy to use an mm for the trade.

The same thing happen to one of my other accounts. Once i made a new log in name and logged in, The friend list was full of friends from runescape classic.
