Issue making a new account xNug my main account

I Tried recovering My forum account but I cant, I set the two step authorization on my account and my phone was stolen and lost, Now I have a new Phone, I cant get into my account, I tried creating another account and I get Ip blocked because my main xNug account is already linked to my ip

 

I cant get into my account, I Set the 2 step auth on my phone, My phone was stolen and Now I have new one, But I cant use the authentication to log In. can you please reset my auth, or Pass or w.e so I can log back in

 

Did you write down the removal code you were prompted to write down in case of this happening when you set it up?
