Would Like a quote(RS3) for a FRESH LEVEL 3 ACCOUNT THAT YOU WOULD CREATE TO THEN SELL TO ME WITH A BRAND NEW EMAIL.
This is for a specific build that I'd like to test out so I need it min-maxed.

I want quest & level requirements done on the account for Curses unlocked.

This means the following:
1. I want all combat stats Quested as much as possible.
2. I don't want combat skills hand trained except to reach a quest requirement.
I will be adding a full quest list to this post at some point so it's easier to see what needs to be done.

Up for discussion: Partial Payments for levels of progression for vouched person/servicer.

Note: I will provide the following: Membership via Amazon Purchase (Not Prime Sub), and any RS3 GP we agree will be necessary to complete all quests/requirements ASAP. (Won't be stingy with this)
