Can not create account

Hello,
I went to create a sythe account today and it says that I am not allowed to have two accounts on the same ip adress. I do have other siblings in my houshold so it is probably because one of them has made an account? Does that mean I am not allowed to create my own account becasue my siblings have one too? I am just very confused and would like some help, thank you.
