F2P Rune Pure?

Planning on making a F2P Rune Pure but I'm lost on the build that I should take.
Any tips?

 

I currently have a 40 91 40 with one prayer, it's 69combat and dominates 99% of what it has to compete with, It all depends on what style of pking you want to do.

 

Do you usually no arm people? Also, do you plan on getting pray?

I'm currently working on mine too before Feb. 1st, and these are my goals:

75 att
80+ str
40 def
70+ range
1 prayer
70+ mage

 

pretty simple.... 40 x 40 get your str as high as possible
