What happened was all our ranks have a max bet the highest being generals have a max of 200m. Except for "a dds" or our ex co leader "heystupid". We tell people all the time that the max we'll refund is 200m and if you want to bet more on "heystupid" we're not accountable. I don't even know why "heystupid" scammed in the first place. He's paid out bills. I think he lost like 3b that day though. Then "a dds" even though against his rule he only refunds a max of 200m. Offered to pay him the 900m, but instead the guy decided it would be funny. To threaten to ddos everyone. Then tell all his friends to spam the cc. When "a dds" told him he was going to pay the 900m. So he decided he get's nothing for being an ass.
