Requesting a TwC atleast.

Basically they're saying to me "I'm more trusted than you so you have to follow my rules on the trade" even though i am the seller, AND willing to go first.
They wanted to buy 450M and i wanted to do increments for security; i said i wanted the smallest increment to be 50M first so i feel safer and then i can whatever increments he prefers.

Instead he says that "100M is the lowest increment he is willing to do" Even though i am going first and i am the seller - this tells me he is thinking "100M is the minimum amount i am willing to scam"

EDIT: when i asked to use an OMM they said they would only use the OMM with the highest fees (because they knew i couldn't afford to pay the high fee) and so i would have no option but to go first. OMM's are official for a reason, so all are trusted, right?

This guy deserves a Trade with Caution at the least.
