Moose#9696 Is a Scammer (BTC Double Spender)

I am posting here as the person in question is trying to double spend once again and has many mutual friends and also discord servers shared with myself. I have already warned some people personally however as we all know it's best to share any knowledge here for all to keep informed.

Please be sure to block this person if you have any message history with the person.
