Photo editing help...offering BIG reward.

Well I just took a photo of myself...and I need help using paint.net to remove some of my pimpels and red spots...yeh lol any help? I'm offering a steam acc that has GTA IV bought it off someone here but it doesn't work for me since it lags cus my computer isnt good enough for it like it is for mw2. so please post if you can help me.

 

what If I just do the editing for you?
I use photoshop and I am pretty good at it.
