Why you think they are ban evading:

User has been proven to scam the exact same way over and over on accounts. All the data in profiles is almost identical (Birthday years match, Interests match, Dates when accounts where DNT or banned vs new one created) etc.
Furthermore, Around June to July of last year there was a spring of scammers all under different names but was the same person (Swindle, WIIN, BrownBear, Rev_CUT, and Dat High) as they continued to admit everything and gloat about scamming when they where caught and banned from service discords.

Within about a months time those accounts scammed almost 30b OSGP from about 6 services. I have personally banned all of these accounts from over 6 services on discord where I admin. The most recent being NoFilter scam quitting on PandaPower (can't find his sythe but I know he has one). Would hate for someone else to get scammed by him/them/whatever.
