Looking to buy a good skulking account or pure

Hey guys I haven't played rs since about 2013 when my maxed rigour tank was banned I know most of us have been there and it's quite sad lol. Anyway I'm interested in either a skiller with decently high MONEY MAKING skills (please no fire making lol) or a nice pure, zerker or good range tank (any type of pure as long as most quests are completed) willing to pay rs gold or pay pal. Forgive my Skiller spelling in the title please lol
